Ciasta i desery

Ingredients for the cake:
½ tin condensed milk
115 grams flour
60 grams butter
2 heaped tablespoon cocoa powder
100 ml aerated cola drink
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon soda-bicarbonate

Ingredients for the icing:
250 grams dark chocolate broken into pieces
½ cup milk or cream
Sugar syrup

Preparations: Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Melt the butter. Add the condensed milk to the butter and mix. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda-bi-carbonate. Mix the flour mixture with the condensed milk and butter alternating, with cola till both are over. Put the mixture in the mould (preferably an aluminium one ).Set it to bake for 30-40 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius. Melt the chocolate for the icing and add hot milk to it. Stir till the chocolate is smooth. Keep aside to cool. Slice the sponge cake into two halves. Soak the base with sugar syrup, spread the chocolate icing with the other half of the sponge cake. Top the sponge cake with chocolate icing and decorate it.
