HEALTHY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE!

1 eggwhite
1 dl quark
1 1/2 tbsp PowerFit WHEYPRO milk chocolate
1 gelatin leaf
1/4 dl hot coffee
a few drops of stevia sweetener and a pinch of salt.

Beat the eggwhite in a bowl until it’s stiff. Put the gelatin leaf in a water for 5 minutes. Mix quark, stevia, salt and protein powder. Squeeze the water out of the gelatin and melt the leaf in 1/4 dl hot coffee. Combine the coffee and the chocolate mixture. Carefully add the chocolate mixture into the eggwhite and pour in a glas. Put the glas in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
